I know some people complain of noisy fans etc, this is not the same thing. This will ONLY be useful for your company AND your community. The motherboard control of fan speed is TOO CLUNKY and is making computers too hot.

There NEEDS to be a utility or BIOS update to ALLOW Fan control on Dell xps 15, at the very least to Allow it to go into high performance fan speeds EARLIER.
